Tidy little Australian native shrub from Queensland and Southern Australia. Leaves are narrow, oval hairy and either smooth or rough. Rich red flowers with green tips appear in Spring.
Performs best in moist, well-drained soil in part sun or part shade. This Correa is frost tolerant and moderately drought resistant. Tolerant of coastal conditions.
Mulch well to supress weeds and conserve soil moisture. Tip prune to retain shape and keep compact.
